1. Acceptance
By using Palja-ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What Palja-ai is
Palja-ai generates AI-assisted Saju readings (“Four Pillars”), a Korean astrological tradition with roots in classical East Asian metaphysics. Readings are produced by combining deterministic astrological calculations with a large-language-model interpretation.
3. Entertainment & reflection only
Readings are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice, and they are not a substitute for the judgement of qualified professionals. Do not make important life decisions based solely on a Saju reading.
4. Payment
Full reports are sold for a one-time fee through our payment processor, Gumroad, who acts as Merchant of Record. Taxes and VAT are collected by Gumroad where applicable. Because each report is generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as a matter of our discretion in cases of clear technical failure.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Resell or redistribute reports as your own work product
6. Intellectual property
The site, brand, code, and generative prompt design are owned by Palja-ai. Your individual reading content is yours to keep and share personally; the underlying engine and template are not licensed for reuse.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palja-ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
